1. About Us

Alive Experience™ is a coaching and personal development business operated by Alana O'Regan, based in Dublin, Ireland. VAT No: IE7317570U.

2. Services

Alive Experience™ offers the following services: 1:1 business and mindset coaching programmes, the Thinking Into Results® programme, workshops and retreats, and keynote speaking engagements. The specific details, duration, and deliverables of each service are outlined at the point of sale or in a separate client agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

A payment is required to secure your place on any programme, workshop, or event. By completing payment, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Payment plans are available and will be agreed at the time of booking. Remaining instalments are due on the dates agreed. All prices are quoted in EUR or GBP as applicable. Irish clients are subject to VAT at the current standard rate of 23%.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before a programme or event start date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a programme has commenced, or within 14 days of the start date, payments made are non-refundable. If Alive Experience™ cancels a session, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered. Holding deposits are non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited without refund.

6. Missed Sessions

If you are unable to attend a group session, a recording will be provided where available. It is your responsibility to notify Alana in advance where possible.

7. Confidentiality

All information you share during coaching or programme sessions will be treated as strictly confidential by Alive Experience™. Equally, all programme content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Alive Experience™ or the Proctor Gallagher Institute where applicable, and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, psychotherapy, or counselling. If clinical or professional support is required at any stage, appropriate referrals will be provided. You enter into coaching with the understanding that you are responsible for your own results. Your commitment, participation, and effort are central to achieving your outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alive Experience™ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in any programme, workshop, or event. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at alive-experience.com. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable in Ireland.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

Alive Experience™ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on the website.
